TRAINING
SPRING TRAINING: Andrea's training concept designed to achieve exceptional results in just 15 days.
Below is an outline of the Spring Training plan:
- 7 days of training, 2 training units a day
- 1 day rest
- 7 days of training, 2 training units a day
During Spring Training, the rider rides the first and last training unit. All other units can be a mixture of Andrea or the owner and will be mapped out in detail based on what ist best for progress. While some riding relationships consists of reinforcement of each other's bad habits, this program breaks "vicious cycles" and develops the "Precious Circle" of aids.

On the last day of Spring Training each rider and their trainer, as available, will receive a detailed final training plan for his/her horse based on the skills achieved by the end of the 15-day training session. This training plan will ensure that the rider has an additional 2.5 months of lesson and goals to work on. Continued support for rider and/or rider's trainer via email after the completion of a Spring Training session will be provided.

Do you want to sell your horse but need a competent rider to bring out the best and present it to potential customers?
Are you interested in buying a horse but need an impartial expert to help you find or evaluate one?
Are you a senior who thougt you wouldn't have the strength to maneuver a horse?
Do yo have some physical disability that until now has kept you out of the saddle?
Do you consider yourself a very timid rider?
Do you have a "Problem horses"?
Do you enjoy horses and the elegance of dressage but don't want to ride yourself?
Are you extremely ambitious and want to get to the top as efficient as possible but with a happy and willing equine partner?
As you ask yourself these questions, and assess your answers, know that you can benefit from a variety of training options:
- Have only Andrea ride your horse/pony (she can also take it to shows if you wish)
- Both you and Andrea ride the horse and you and/or her can compete at shows.
- Only you ride your horse and Andrea trains with you at home and coaches you at shows.
- If your horse is not at Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center, south of L.A. in Orange Country, you are welcome to trailer in.
Please contact us if you have any questions or would like more detailed information. Just as Andrea works with the individual character of the horses, she also works with you based on your individual needs.
